Al's performing credits include Amanda Marshall, Colin James, Randy Bachman, Big Sugar, Duke Robillard, Ian Gillan, Kim Wilson, Zachary Richard, Billy Ray Cyrus, Alanna Myles, Long John Baldry, Steve Lukather, Jaco Pastorius, Robben Ford, Edgar Winter, Mavis Staples, Jim Belushi, Jeff Healey, Doug & The Slugs, Idle Eyes, and many more. Also on tours with Whitney Houston, Ja Rule, P. Diddy, Simply Red, Los Lobos, Lyle Lovett, B.B. King, etc.

TV appearances include, Rosie O'Donnell, Much Music, Juno Awards, and many European concert specials including MTV. Al studied privately in New York with the legendary Dennis Davis (Stevie Wonder/David Bowie) and started his playing career with the Coachmen drum and bugle corp. When he's home, Al remains busy doing session's, freelancing, and teaching drum lessons.
