This warranty extends only to manufacturer defects in materials or craftsmanship as outlined above and does not extend to any products which have been lost or discarded; by accident or improper maintenance; or which have been altered. This warranty is non transferable and applies only to the original owner. Any defects caused by reasonable use, neglect, moisture and/or temperature extremes, handling, shipping or accidents, natural wood finishes or normal colour changes in the wood or shell covering are not included in this warranty. Warrant is not redeemable for cash - repair or replacement of parts only. This warranty does not cover loss of use of the products, loss of time, inconvenience or consequential damages.
